SYNOPSIS
A daring proposal that is carried out through play, movement, voice, the power of laughter and ridicule, where error plays a fundamental role as a tool that breaks with the established and opens a gap where life and art emerges. The question they pose is: How can act without being and be without acting? What are the channels through which we can free ourselves from judgment and be ourselves? Where lies the importance of our existence?
Aperitivo by Los Informalls is an adaptation of its long piece and main dish Entrañas con patatas where the challenge is to remove the layers of skin, one by one, until we reach the entrails of the place where the limits of our identity unfold.

Los Informalls is a multidisciplinary performing arts company that functions as a platform for artistic creation. The company moves in a place between dance, theater and the unknown. It represents a lifestyle based on movement, humor and social agitation, while defending art that is close and sensitive at the same time.
Los Informalls was founded in February 2019. Their first creation was Entrañas con patatas. Since then, they have collaborated in festivals and places such as Fiestas de la Mercè, IRON MODVM Festival, Exploding Fest, HOP Festival, Centro Botín de Santander, Teatro Círculo Benimaclet, Deltebre Dansa or BROTS Festival, among others.
