SYNOPSIS
This is a coordination workshop in which Jozef Frucek and Natalia Pieczuro will explore rhythmic movement patterns to allow healthy joint development. We’ll get there through coordination improvement, rhythm, decision-making and communication. We’ll work on different movement situations such as chaos and interruption by using open play, an element created to increase the adaptive value of each other’s movement qualities and the creative variability in an ever-changing and unpredictable context.
